KeenScout produces competitor and market intelligence reports and monthly monitoring briefs based on publicly available information (company websites, marketplaces, review platforms, news, public filings and similar sources). Reports are prepared with the assistance of AI research tools and reviewed by a person before delivery.
After you submit a request we confirm the scope (competitors, questions, delivery date) by email and send a payment link. Work begins after payment. Delivery timelines run from scope approval and payment. Competitor Watch subscriptions bill monthly and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a delivered report does not tell you something new and actionable, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the full price of that report. Monthly monitoring fees are refundable for the current month on request.
We work carefully and cite sources, but we cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, current or error-free. Where we could not verify a figure we say so. Reports are for your general business information and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, medical or regulatory advice.
We do not publish client names or client reports, and we do not resell a client's report to another company. We may describe our work in anonymized, non-identifying terms.
Reports are licensed to the purchasing company for internal use. Please do not resell or publicly redistribute them.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report or subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it.
